I don't know circumstances but that is so sad. Her daughter was just born a few days ago. Then to have her son die just days after that. I can't imagine what a roller coaster of emotions that would be. I know that Anna Nicole is over the top, but she seemed to love her son very much. Very sad.

Phentermine is the generic, I beleive. You can order it in 3 months supply and it is cheapest. The only bad thing I have to say about it is that it WILL make you moody beyond belief!
Yes, I lost 42 pounds on LA Weight Loss, but gained back 50 a little more than a year later . .
I was on the program for approximately four months and lost 40 pounds. The weight did come off really fast. At the time I was a member, there was a rebate if you kept the weight off for one year. It sounded good, but you had to buy the supplements for the entire year, which by the end of the year added up to a few thousand dollars.
In any case, after I finally lost the weight, I got pregnant with my fourth child. I am now trying to lose the 50 pounds that I gained while pregnant, but my metabolism seems so much slower now. The weight isn't coming off nearly as fast as before. :(
44 pounds in 1 month is doable when you start out at over 400 pounds.
It still counts, though, so Martha, you are doing a wonderful job. Keep it up the diet and exercise especially. Those pounds are going to melt away! You can do it!

NEVER did my employer in any way imply or threaten or dare even mention that my job was in jeopardy because I could not work immediately following a trifecta of natural disasters! My jaw agape is not at your concern about working, but at your concern that you would lose your job because of it. Companies have to have a heart in some situations. You're one MT, your company won't go under without you working for a week or 2 or 3.
Tried it, did nothing for me. Tried TrimSpa too.
And others. I think the one that worked the best for me was Metabolift. I know I lost almost 30 lbs, was in control.

Previously there was a post regarding someone losing 55 pounds on TrimSpa. I am wanting to know what your regimen was (how did you take the pills, how you ate and exercised). I am wanting to start this, but want to do the most beneficial way. By the way, how long did it take to lose that much also? Thanks for the answers.

Congrat's on your due date. That is one of my kids 21st BD! I gave up the office detail many years ago, when I realized I was spending close to 2.5 hours each day in drive time..if we ran late with patients, then it was chaos.
It has been a blessing to be home with my kids, when they were younger and got the normal illnesses, I could just cuddle them all day.
Then when they get into the preteens on up (and they do NOT want the cuddles), it's been great to be around to keep an eye on them, trying to stay one setp ahead of them. Besides, all the other perks others have mentioned, it just takes discipline and balance, go easy on yourself. This last month will be uncomfortable for you to try to transcribe, but a gal in our office is expecting twins and she is looking to make arm extensions since she's backing away from the keyboard more and more

This is THE best company I have ever dealt with. I downloaded the trial and in a day or two received a very nice personable email from Nicole wanting to know how I liked the Gearplayer. Then my trial ran out before I really got to try it because we had to go out of town so they let me try it an additional 5 days. On my fifth day I had just started working and was so behind because I took my mom for a test. It was last Thursday actually. I placed my order over the phone and was going to have to wait until Monday for the software to come in. Nicole gave me a third extension so I would not lose money and the software arrived the very next day!
I do want to add that when trying the 3rd trial I had the same problem you are having and I called their tech depatment. Mike had me back on within minutes without putting me on hold even one time!
The customer care is unmatched and the product itself has the best sound quality and the settings are so easy to use. I can't recommend them enough. Good luck!

10 pounds
The last 10 pounds are so hard to lose, so you'll have to really watch your diet here, incorporate some weight training, lots of water, more protein and less carbs. I am in the process of registering with the weight loss registry. I couldn't believe there was one! I did the yo-yo dieting forever. My recommendation to you is to scare yourself into the weight loss. Go get some labs done, etc., and find out how scary some of those numbers are. I personally had a scare, and that's what led to my weight loss. I've kept it off for a year and a half, including through a pregnancy. The weight loss registry has found that those who lose weight and kept it off have been essentially scared into it.

My cat is 13 pounds and she just fits in the....
Sounds like a 27 pound cat might be too big for the litter boxes with the covered housing/top. My cat just fits into this regular sized one. Suggest you either get a bigger litter box system or have one built. A 27 pound cat is a HUGE (loveable) cat who needs above-normal sized cat box.

before it can be spade, but since most kitties don't get adopted as soon as they are 6 weeks old, I think that is just a standard on the SPCA site you visited. I waited until my little girl kittie was 6 months old before I had her spade. If the SPCA is specifying six weeks after adoption, it is probably because they are offering some kind of discount if it is done by then.

The tapes are really easy, just walking in place, kicks, knee lifts, and jogging moves. A 15-minute "walk" equals 1 mile. So I type for an hour or so, then do a mile, type for another hour or so, then do a mile. It actually makes me type faster.

What worked for me is the CORE weight watchers plan (no counting of points). It is amazing how much you can eat and feel satisfied. It is really not a diet but more a way of eating healthy. It isn't Atkins or South Beach, as you get to eat carbs such as ww pasta, potato, brown rice etc. It is very healthy and satisfying. The weight just fell off of me 2 to 3 pounds per week. I decided I couldn't see my self 'dieting' or counting points for the rest of my life, but I could live with eating healthy. This plan is the BEST I ever tried, and believe me, I tried them all. Good luck with losing the weight. It is great that you are smoke-free now.

Lost my cat
I am so sorry for your loss. I have had pets for many years and it is so hard to see them go. We can enjoy them for a while. When my little dogs and cats have had to go, I just think that I am doing the kindest for them. I think they seem to know when it is time as well as you. I have shed many tears over the loss of my little friends and still miss them all. Get you another to ease your grief. They are all different and a new friend would bring new joy into your life. It has been five years since I lost my dad, and those times still hit me out of the blue. Dads and daughters have a special bond other folks may not understand. It will always hurt, but time tends to dull the pain most of the time. He's in your heart and there will be times you will be able to gain strength from him where you can't gain it anywhere else. Grieve however you need to. Not for anyone else to say. God bless. You are in my prayers!

I have worked inhouse for a company that when they pulled trans off an account for personal reasons or due to edits, they tell them they lost it. If your company is anything like the one in PA, this is always a possibility - when they don't like someone they frequently "lose accounts" If this is the case - it would be a contract problem

Easy to learn, good program b/c you eat "real food", you can eat with your family or go out to eat. Wonderful, sensible, slow weight loss but it is healthy and is not a "diet" per se - it is a lifestyle change. You can eat whatever you want, just in smaller portions and sensibly! Highly recommend it. You can do it on-line too.
As one who has lost everything before...
The best way to backup anything is to email it to yourself on an internet-based email account (i.e. yahoo or AOL). For instance, you back up your Autocorrect, email the text file to yourself. To backup favorites, while in the internet, go to File then to Export/Import, save to your Desktop, email to yourself by attaching the file. Pictures, videos, and the like are a little different. Those should be on a DVD, and do what I do: Make copies of your DVDS (family pictures, videos) and give a copy to two friends. That way, if you lose your copies to fire, theft, etc., you will always have a copy.
My personal opinion. Nothing worse than starting over.

I thought book marks were actually saved online for you by for example Yahoo. When i got a new computer, I downloaded the yahoo toolbar and signed into yahoo and voila! There were my bookmarks.

Believe it not, C phone and Lanier technology is very passe now. If you work for a national, you never lose jobs no matter what happens. Don't worry about it. It's their equipment not you that caused your job to disappear. It's all in a day's work. My mom used to say "tomorrow is another day." It's true it is, fresh start, new beginnings with lessons from the previous one to lean on.

Nothing is really lost
You are a gem Patti, and a real business woman. You were not meant to have a pain in the neck account. Things always have a way of working out for the best. I have had those type of accounts in the past where the PA (usually female) will spell the medical terms incorrectly, and then try and tell you that YOU spelled it wrong when in actuality you spelled it correctly! Something else will come along.

Well, join the crowd. More and more of our work was being sent to the service company, and now we are being eliminated as part of the work is going to some sort of point and click for the doctors to do themselves, and then some going to voice recognition as well. So I am looking for Psychiatric work if anyone can give me any good tips for this. TIA
