Yes, I have had the same problem (sm)

Sometimes they think it is "cute" to see how fast they can go while at the same time joining in whatever is going on around them at the time.  And, yes, they tend to repeat a lot of information, much of which is unnecessary to begin with.  I know exactly what you are talking about.  Although, I have had a rare 2 or 3 that are super, but they are the exception.
