Yes

I use a C-phone with Vonage with no problem - it works just like any other phone service except no LD charges.  I do have occasional issues with being disconnected but that is not very often.  They give you a box that connects to your computer.  It has phone jacks in the back and you connect it to your computer, your phone and your c-phone.

The only other disadvantage is that all of your phones need to hook into that box.  So any phones you have in your house would need to be connected to that box.
