You can send resumes ONLY using "Apply Now" button using MTStars E-mail system.
This prevents the Employers privacy and offshore spam as only US IP addresses are allowed to send/email resumes. All offshore resumes are filtered out.
However, you will receive replies from employers in your email acccount.
