Yes...

I've done exactly that through my cell phone, but we were not moving.  My children are involved in a lot of sports and have to get to all games an hour early.  I set up a little work station in the car, hook up to the internet through my cell phone, and work for the hour before games and the time between games. 

I'd never thought I'd see the day I did this, but I do.  I just don't have enough hours in the day to complete all my work.
