I know, you're not the only one!  I feel that way with good dictators sometimes! LOL   I really love my job and have been doing it for 20 years...but it can get frustrating.   I have often said that we should get paid more per line for the harder dictators...I really believe that we should push for that as medical transcriptionists....especially because it seems that once whomever you are working for finds out that you are half way decent at those harder docs...you usually get the majority of them...that's been my experience anyway.   I type for a local doc that is foreign, but they treat me really good as far as pay and bonuses, so I feel very fortunate, but when I worked at a hospital and it seemed that the better you were at foreign docs, the more you got, even though they were supposed to be spread out among all the transcriptionists. 


But, yeh, it can be a very frustrating job...you really aren't making money on 400 lines a day!
