I recently left a hospital (transcribing at home) because they began mandating inhouse rotations. I have interviewed with several others. I would start by faxing/mailing your resumes to those hospitals near you and then start looking at their websites, monster and career builder. i see jobs on those last 2 sites often...just not for my area.
