25% does not even cover what you said. That is why after June 1st am just keeping enough to pay me, my bills and what I need. The 2 to 3 cents per line is not worth all the headaches of trying to balance out trying to have enough work on hand but not overloaded so we can't get the work done. After 18 years I am just tired of hearing all the excuses, worrying about the work that is out of my control, and so on. If I need more I am going to subcontract out so that I can be the one to come up with the excuses and decide when I want to work. This is the first summer I have not worked 50 to 55 hours per week in over six years and I am going to enjoy it. I may be bored but I doubt it. So if you think that the MTSO is getting rich on that 25%, come and take it with all the problems and I will give you the 25%.
