If he dictated it and had no intention of reading it, he'd have you put those words, quote unquote on the transcript. Instead he's having you put DICTATED BUT NOT READ! Which means EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS.....DICTATED BUT NOT READ (to draw a picture for you, meaning he didn't read it at the time the report went out!) WHERE'S YOUR HEAD???? Once you find it, USE IT!
