Wow!

I moved to the Atlanta area from Florida.  I've been an IC for many years now and have wonderful references, but I can tell you when docs both in GA and FLA call and ask me my rates, which were less than you quote, they all basically laughed and hung up. 

Unfortunately, I've had to lower them to 10.5 to 11 just to get the business. 

I'm glad you're getting those high rates, and congrats.  I sure wish I could.  Yes, I've used my references and told them my work is wonderful, blah,blah, blah, but it all comes down to the bottom line with them.
