First off, thank you for your advice.
Second, I don't know if this was intentional of you or not, but your attitude came off incredibly sarcastic and rude when all I'm trying to do is feed my family and pay my bills like you are. Don't go around blaming me or anyone else for crappy line rates when the employers should be to blame. I agree that I should be making more money, which is why I made this post! Obviously, if I found a place to work where I got good pay that I deserve, don't you think I would take it? Isn't that just logical? What I have now is the best I have found so far, minus working for a doctor privately and none are hiring in my area, and I'm just trying to survive like you. Also, it doesn't sound like the crappy line rates are affecting you any if you're making $200 a day in 8 hours. So, what companies actually treat their MTs with half an ounce of respect and pay accordingly?
