My PC recently crashed... I had it serviced and it's working better than ever, except for one thing. I use to be able to right click on my desk top and create and save a compressed zip folder. Now when I attempt to name it I get the message "If you change a file name extension the file may become unusable. Are you sure you want to change it? If I click yes it turns into an icon. WTH? Anybody have any suggestions?
