pay you on time. That is a part of owning and operating a business. If you let the physicians office be that behind, sure they will be, but if is set in a contract at the beinning of your relationship with that client it should not be an issue. Also, if they refuse to pay, refuse to do their work...either they will pay up or they will drop you and if that is the case move on to someone, who will pay you and let someone else fight the battle with the non payers. In my opinion it is a waste of time to deal with non paying clients.
