I always used to see those things in Los Angeles, driveby innocents shot. I always wondered, why, why, don't those parent go elsewhere? If on welfare, it is available everywhere. I would never stay there. I lost lots of money due to lack of jobs in my area when my kids were young, but kept them in a safe atmosphere, no matter what. It paid off.
