What are they providing to the MT?

Kall8 has has toll free service that sends dictation/wav file to an FTP site for .07 cents/minute. Secure web based file sharing with unlimited uploading and downloading is less than $100 a month if you buy it from a tasp with customer support. If you do it yourself I'm sure it would be even cheaper.
I don't see what the big nationals are providing for the MT that compensates for the low wages they pay? Even if you factor in a month of work to land an account and the cost of dictation/file hosting an MT still makes more working her own accounts.

Exactly! What are the big nationals providing?
except a tasp and a salesman to land the account?
As an employee, he should be providing
As an employee, you should not have any out-of-pocket costs on your end for supplies to do the job. Look it up on the IRS website.
I think I've done enough by providing the MQ board.

Talk to the school about providing....sm
child care. Most colleges have this available for working parents. Then you can tell your husband that you've got it all arranged and he can either decide to be "human" about it or continue being a jerk. Also remind him that he had no problem providing the sperm to create ever how many kids you have so he should be willing to take care of them.
Would you give me 5 minutes alone with him? I'd straighten his keister out quickly! :o)
So you are providing the service we need to cut out the middle man? From doctor to us? nm
