Seems every account of mine uses a different font. So I save the same but last 2 letters are docs initials, i.e. heart and lungs, hlsf, hlrm, hleif, hlwjw, hl and then type it as each dictates. That way I don't have to remember a lot of codes. But from what I see and understand autocorrect saves in the font in which you type it and will not covert over to another font that you are using at the time. Probably does not make sense. But is is something that is saved and so the format stays with how it was saved.
