I make a short Expander for every new account I encounter with the most common issues (PE and ROS format or anything different from my primary -if it's the same I don't address it and that way I know to just do it like my primary). I then pull it up every time I get that account. Put something in the expansion that will make the spell checker stop on it so you don't forget to delete it. For example, here's what one could look like:
/@@ABC Hospital/PE flush left/para ROS/cc dictator
