Haven't had one of those in over 8 years. When something comes up, I just have to work at night or figure it out somehow. Have up to 2000 lines a day on own accounts, and nobody is going to cover that for me. If feasible, you just have to network, advertise for parttime help, etc., so you are prepared for coverage from other IC's. Most people with their own accounts are usually too busy to do somebody else's work. It really is a problem, at least for me. Would love to hear how others handle it.
