What?!

In the letter I got it said I would be getting a call "to discuss the new Rewards Plan and to answer your questions" and will ALSO receive a packet in October. It doesn't say anything about getting a call and that person not being at liberty to answer any questions!! What on earth is going on with all of this??!! Guess I will try to email my office and see if I can get any answers, which I doubt will happen! Anyone else had any answers from their office on all of this? I'm really not up to all of this drama and suspense right now and hate to think I'm going get blind-sided with this somehow. Man, just don't know what to do right now... Guess I could put out a resume but hate to think of starting over again somewhere else with all that involves and I've found that you never really truly know how a new company is going to work out until you get in there and see what it all involves. Just can't afford to take another hit right now like that but on the other hand don't know what kind of hit I'm going to take with this either!!
