I was lucky until the last 2 years. I had a great mentor with your attitude. When I ran my own service, I kept that thought too. Now I have a QA that demeans me to the point of no return over "is" and "was" when it was supposed to be in the same tense anyway. Last time it was over "a" and "the." She has even gone so far as to change medications in the report, and then charge me a deduction. Luckily, Word tracks this, and I could prove it, but I did not get the deduction taken off. I used to love transcription, and now I cannot wait to leave it because of her attitude. My hat is off to you!
