I see your dilemma. Why not question the source. Is the source JCAH or the "New and Improved" AAMT? BOS comes from where? I think maybe the NAI AAMT lobbies for changes that THEY have made in their BOS. Maybe someone intelligent with some power should bring this up with the powers that be? Maybe many should bring this up with the powers that be. Doctors could bring this up. They are all laughing at the "new rules" especially the one that changes Alzheimer's disease to Alzheimer disease, etc. Some of them are a scream and are definitely dumb and definitely coming from some source. Who starts this stuff? If it is a change that corrects an error or one that is intelligent then I am all for it. These mostly seem like BS to me and coming from those who seek to control and be "authorities" - QA should have integrity and speak out against changes that are WRONG. I realize that this is your job.
