My clinic (100+ providers) went to EditScript and kept my department of a dozen or so gals on until EMR came up and then they outsourced almost everything and got rid of everyone, except 2-3. I was paid hourly then. I personally love the platform and now work on clinic and hospital accounts. I think you'll like the platform and I wouldn't worry about losing your job in a hospital setting unless they decide to outsource your department. Oh, I also get paid by the line now and make more money that way. Good luck!
