I also have been there 4+ years and the account I am assigned to is a group of hospitals all with the same doctors. No bouncing around from account to account here. They have had such a bad rep that no one will apply and those that do don't even work when they're supposed to. If you like to work hard and work on the same account all the time, tell that to the recruiter. I know we have 5 openings on the account I am on and many people under disciplinary action for not showing up for work, so maybe more than that being hired. If you are an excellent MT with great work ethic, please give Diskriter a try - They are much better than they were 2 years ago.
