I am so glad that one of us has decided to be proactive. I, too, will question the transcription company used when I visit my new PCP next week.

This certainly could mean that the physicians and office staff have no clue what is going on when it comes to their transcription. Hmmm, how can we make them aware??

a while back they basically got ignored from the big boys? She exposed the VA/tricare charts of active duty men going to India/Packistan?

There was also a proposed law in CA that didn't pass about their med records not leaving the country or the MTSO being upfront where the records go.
