I have been typing for close to thirty years and now the hospital I work for finally decided to get rid of the lanier platform and use Wave pedals.  Can anyone direct me to quick-start instructions or give me your short-cut instructions.

Need help with waveplayer SM
I haven't used this thing in forever. My speakers are working and my foot pedal is working, but there is no sound. Any ideas?
Just realized you are using a waveplayer (sm)
I have a gearplayer. Don't know if there is any difference. Sorry.
For all Bytescribe waveplayer users, I need help - sm

Does the Bytescribe waveplayer version 4.3 or 6 work with the Docshuttle bytescribe program or do I need to have different software.

I can't open compressed wave files from the Bytescribe Utility Export program.  Anyone have any answers?

I was on the phone with BS today for 2 hours, and still no answer as to why - I think I need another version of bytescribe waveplayer to work correctly - any thoughts on this or has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks for your help

DocShuttle is 99, but that does not include waveplayer. sm
I just purchased DocShuttle and then had to purchase the Docshuttle waveplayer because it does not include the waveplayer, that is a separate purchase.
