Not positive, but believe this med's use may have been drastically reduced due to some deadly cardiac side effects in some people; have been out of MT for a while now but seem to remember something about this in the news...could be it is still rx'd for people with limited risk factors, which could explain its limited usage (and thus lack of regular mention in dictation).
