Nicely put, but...
I posted this because of the frustration of reading insulting vicious posts of late on this board. It's getting old and it defeats the whole purpose of MTStars.
I was not trying to come across as Suzy Sunshine by any means. You cannot diminish my "happy days" because there are no happy days to diminish when it comes to my job. However, I am of the belief that I control my own happiness, so I am looking to make changes. When MTs come on her for advice or with some ideas they think can help their fellow MTs, seems of late there are a few who are unable to respond without rudeness, disrespect or understanding. Now THAT diminishes my happiness!
As for "How can we spread the love?", I laughed out when I read that as I just saw a show on Hippies last night on the History Channel! Now there's a happy group!
Nicely said!!

Thanks for taking the time to respond nicely...sm
and to give me the good info. There are so many sour people on this board who it seems don't care about helping any fellow MTs.
You burn out, you ask for help nicely, some folks lay on the guilt. I have offered money out of my
But you cannot make anybody do anything they do not want to. I would rather try and pleasantly ask for help than lay on the guilt. People send you hate notes whether you are pleasant or ugly though. I find that even when you ask for help, a lot of the time with the team I am on, it tends to make fewer people show up than would anyway!
