I agree totally, all I can guess is they spent their weekend together having fun and Oprah decided she couldn't ask her any pertinent questions to put her friend on the spot, what a let down. But then I guess it really is none of our business.

Oh bullshit, that is such a lame excuse. The same lame excuse that has been
time someone doesn't agree with offshoring. Of course I have bills that need to be paid...EVERYONE DOES! And, guess what sweet cheeks, I have a job and it's with a company that doesn't offshore! Wah...wah...wah all you want, but this site does not support offshoring private health information and if you don't like it, run somewhere else because there are a lot of us here that DON'T agree with you!

But it seems like anyone can send you an email if they click on your name. I don't know if the administrators screen the outgoing emails from here or not, but it would make sense that if a person clicked on your name they could send you an email regarding Spheris.

Right. 100% QA means the QA staff needs some auditing, not just the MTs. I assume by your screen name you are an MT in Nevada. I just went to the home page of the Nevada Labor Commissioner's Office and read this:
Q. How often must I be paid?
A. Wages must be paid at least semi-monthly.
Q. What can be deducted from my wages?
A. An employer may not withhold, deduct, or divert any part of an employee's pay other than benefits and those items required by federal and state law, unless the employee specifically authorizes the deduction in writing.
Sounds superficially like your job can't withhold pay from you...but if they are not in NV they may be able to under other state's lays. Check the state's Labor site and make a BIG stink with your managers. Ask them if THEY are getting paid. Good luck.
