I had no choice if I wanted to continue working at the same job I have now had over 15 years. Outsourced and went to VR. Some like, some don’t, I love it and make at least 3000 lines per day, that is straight and VR combined. You shouldn’t even try to convience people because no one believes. I would never want to go back to straight through typing.
