Contact who is your contact person, be it the clinic or a service. Mention that when they load multidays, it is unfair to expect same TAT as if they loaded each day. Set min # of lines to be returned on multiday loaded - this brings it to someone's attentnion that you sit for days with no work until they remember to dictated. A service can also drop a note to the facility reminding them that better TAT is maintained when they dictate on a regular basis compares to when everyone dictates on the same day for the entire week.
