Are you installing from a CD or downloading from a Web site? Have you tried updating the ExText software before employing Word Client? If you're downloading from a site, you MUST turn off any firewalls you have or it won't install correctly. I learned this the hard way. Turn it back on immediately after it downloads, however. Hope this helps somehow.
