I've been working the FlyLady program for 2 years now and I've stopped and started over more times than I can count, but I think I'm finally getting the hang of it and things are much more calm and peaceful in my home.  I have a husband and 2 teenage girls full time and another teenage step-daughter part time.  Not only that, my hubby's ex and I used to be like oil and water - we now actually get along and can talk.  THAT is a miracle.

If you sign up for the reminders and other emails, there are MANY, but just delete the ones you don't want to see.  Take baby steps and you CAN overcome all this stress and overload.  Good luck.  FLY = Finally Loving Yourself.
