Yes, I work for TT. Before anyone jumps to say I'm management or a company "plant," let me assure you that I am NOT. I'm just a senior MT who has been around the block a few times. I don't know whether this company would suit everyone but for me it's the last stop on the MT circuit. If and when I leave there, I'll hang up my keyboard for good.

not nosy at all!
I'm airing my dirty laundry, might as well sniff. LOL.
Yes my mom is going but only for her sister's sake. My sister is NOT going. She, like me, got a good laugh out of the invitation. She got a kick out of me walking over to mom's garbage can and "filing" it right away. LOL!!!

I can surely understand you're being scared to trade the known for the unknown but I personally don't believe you'd have made a mistake going with TT. I think they're the closest thing to the old time MT companies; you know respect, appreciation, etc. for a job well done. The ExText program took me probably MAYBE 15 minutes on the phone and zoom....off I went without missing a beat. Very easy to learn and use. The system is hardly EVER down. Being an old timer, I think you'd enjoy joining what they call the "TransTech Family."
Nosy question. Why do you have to do that? I don't look at SM
the keys at all - maybe it's because I had Miss Hicks back in 1967 typing class, but I can't think how you would ever make any $ looking down at your keyboard.
May I be nosy and ask what biz your husband...
Just wondering if I can be nosy and ask -
Do you sock it all away for the future, or are you enjoying the money now? Not judging either way, just wondering.
I have to shred everything. We have a nosy neighbor
who digs through our trash and takes stuff, so I don't want him having anything with our names or personal information on it. It's a long history with this guy and police involvement, so that's just the safest thing I can do is shred everything.
Just a nosy question - why on earth would you not want him to go outside? nm
