I just have to remember it. I "think" if you press "update display" if you have that as one of your buttons, it does it. It's been a while, but I also think if you press "set backspace" (you don't have to change it) it shows up, too. However, I don't know if your Lanier is set up with those options. Like I said, it's been a while, but there is a way.
