she is not carrying her share of the load! I am the supervisor of the department! I have worked my butt off for this company. I sat last night with my right foot up on my desk, used my left foot to transcribe, and transcribed. My foot was as big as a football! Now, I'm sorry but they cannot give me any leadway! That is bull! When this other person I know is abusing the system and calls off whenever she feels like it and claims it as FMLA, gets days added each pay period, etc.
I do not understand why they balked at extending my FMLA when I could really use more time off for my foot to heal properly! Needless to say, I am looking for another job!
