...I have is that they get what they pay for. I had some docs in my area FROM India that tried the same thing...they spent more time reconstructing the reports than it was worth! They had their nurses reading through them. What goes around comes around.  Otherwise, the whole issue of outsourcing sickens me.

Not that this is going to be any consolation but....
TimeWarner also owns AOL. Coinkydink???? maybe that is why they are doing that. I had read somewhere, MSN I think, that AOL was going to lay off something like 12,000 people. as AOL's customer satisfaction is not real high right now, I can see why.
LOL - yep such is life.....small consolation is
I just saw a program on seahorses. The male seahorse is the ONLY male species (according to this program) who carries the young (pregnancy). That's a kicker, eh? *LOL*
On the beta fish, the D-EX-H kept them separated but just the *idea* of what that male beta does nauseates me.
