Any legal eagles here that could help me with a situation?
My adult child passed away 6+ months ago. She had in her possession a motorcycle with a title that was just in her name, no lein holder. She had a receipt that says she paid $x for this motorcycle. She had been separated from her DH at the time of her death. My wife and I cleaned out her home at the time of her death, including said vehicle. Since that time the person who previously owned the bike has been calling sporadically and saying that money was owed on the bike. We've essentially not responded, don't know the person, have the clear title in my hand, what am I to think??? Now he's treatening legal action....against me I presume, although I don't even know this guy, have never met him or anything. What legal course do you think he could have with me? I'm not going to just hand him $$ or the bike, it's not worth as much as he says is owed to him and I have a receipt that does not say anything about more money owed.
Anyone ever have something like this happen? I'd listen to any opinion.

I just didn't feel like I was part of the team... and I do like to feel that way... my opinion... not to mention I got screwed when I decided to move on to another company... I never got reimbursed for my internet services, they tried to make me PAY for a computer that I never needed and never received (mine was the right format), AND they tried to say that I owed for a footpedal - which I had already purchased one two years before working with them - not worth the bother really.... I would recommend OSi or DSC
Perhaps OP is not new at all. How could you declare MQ the greatest with nothing to compare.
I suspect MQ has a lot of people positioned for damage control on the boards these days. It was a stupid post that would be meaniningless to anyone but MQ damage control. Watch and see what is coming down the road in the next six weeks with MQ and MTs. That's why there is damage control in place and there will be for the next six months or until MQ is bought out.
what may ultimately be the greatest hurdle
Is finding the job that gives you everything you want:
1. Good line rate.
2. Benefits (all types, if you want/need them).
3. Freedom to work the hours you want.
In the final analysis, you might have to relinquish one to get the other two. Sort of like the old days of dealing with clients:

One of the greatest gifts I have are my parents.
My father is a very strong Christian man. He worked hard all our lives and provided a living well enough that allowed my mother to stay home with us.
He took us to church, structured rules for us as teenagers, and loved us fiercely.
As I grew up and got married, I found my husband to be completely incapable of providing for me as my father (and mother) did. While it left me confused for quite a while, I finally realized that no man was worth my time or energy unless he could take care of me as well as or better than my father did and that I do.
I am shocked and hurt at the number of stories I hear from others everywhere about their lack of a wonderful family and childhood.
Honestly, I feel like I am the most blessed person I know considering my family, my children, and where I am in life.
My father gave me strength, discipline, a love for truth and self responsibility, and most importantly the key to knowing God.

If there were 30,000 hits on Google, I'd think it legitimate. However, 30 hits could mean that there are 30 misspellings or 30 idiots out there making up words. Or it could be a real word. Normo is a combining form; however, reflexic is not in any of my dictionaries. (Merriam, Taber's, Dorland's, Stedman's) If the account's verbatim, use it. Otherwise, tag it.

You probably received an email from your supervisor about full time meaning you HAVE TO produce for 40 hours a week to be full time. That means, if you take any time off without pay (because you only have 80 hours of PTO a year) for ANYTHING (sick, funeral, whatever the emergency), you will no longer be a full time employee, which means no benefits at all.
If a post gets so many hits on it, it gets the flame.
Not sure what the magic number is though.

And every day these companies are more creative looking for new and improved ways to bleed the MTs for more of our hard earned money.

probably set for 100 or something like that. So when it have however many views, the little fire springs up indicating is "hot" and has been looked at a lot!

Daughter is vegetarian. I cook a turkey and she hits the side dishes. (sm)
We do pretty well with this. I just make sure I have some of her favorites so she still feels like she is having a feast.
I saw a picture someone made of a "turkey" they had formed out of raw veggies. I think the basic form was one of those rounded shaped loaves of bread and the veggies were on toothpicks. the head and some tail feathers were made from construction paper. It seemed like an entertaining idea especially if you had small children around.
Keep contact at a minimum. Self doubt hits and it is when we tend to fall back into the web
