She is saying that editors have their job that they are required to do and MTs have their job that they are required to do and there is a way to get along in doing so. But then with MTs like you, it makes it impossible for anyone to get along. You most definitely DO have a bad attitude. You have no concept of what she was trying to do, which was make peace, but you are just a troll and flamer. Grow up and learn from people.
