found a landlord willing to overlook a dreadful year (husband had midlife crisis, I guess would be the best way to summarize; he's back in school for career change, so all is happy again there). We've been living in a shelter and on/off with friends, so I've saved almost all I've made.
It's so cool to work at home, until you suddenly have no home.

Not with Craigslist and sometimes not with
E-bay either. Often large items are pickup only. I always make sure my DH is home and I never let anyone past my foyer. The rest of the house is shut off so they can't see anything. I have been selling on CL or giving stuff away on Freecycle for 3 years and haven't had any problems other than no shows.
okay, let's try this again - did anyone see the posting on Craigslist
about having people look for work to send over to the Middle East and India to be transcribed? http://newjersey.craigslist.org/hea/182691281.html (I'm not sure if this is an infringement to cut and paste the website without pasting the ad )
I think the funniest thing is that they have pulmonology residents that type pulmonology and cardiologists that type cardiology ... why aren't they practicing medicine? Does transcription in India pay better than being a doctor in India?
Also check craigslist.org for real estate
They have some of the Florida cities listed if you are looking around.

I have sold many items locally on this site. Find your town and take a look. You'll be amazed.
