Thanks to (almost) all

for your feedback!  I agree these guidelines need to be followed - but what I have a problem with is that multiple other MTs are not in compliance. Is their QA person asleep at the wheel?  Not sure why they're coming down on me - I'm relatively new to the company.

And yes, for 15+ years I've been an MT - both privately, and as an employee and have been quite handsomely paid - despite putting hyphens in the 'wrong' spots now and then!   Who knows - this company is based in Washington State - maybe things are a little different than where I am - in Florida.
