Thanks for your note. She said a lot of it was just trial and error and seeing what works for me, that she didn't have any big suggestions, which is why I was asking here. I appreciate your reply, though! I certainly understand about getting ailments from doing it for years, too! I'm just 30 but have done transcription starting at the hospital at 18 years old, so 12 years now...and it's already affecting me. As a physical therapist told me before, "MTs all seem to have that same posture". So true! :-)
