I think I get confused by it because I was thinking that "9 years ago" was referring to an experience and because the experience belongs to the person it would be possessive? I think I just put too much thought into it! lol! Nonetheless, I was getting it confused with forms such as 9 years' duration.

What does gals mean? Is this slang or is this like saying girl friday or secretary or what? I have been referred to by this term quite a bit in the last year, so just wondering.

love to get some really nice hand/body lotion, either in their favorite fragrance or something scented from a specialty shop. They usually sell for maybe $18-20 and that's just too much $$ to spend on our own hand creams! Either that or scented bubble baths, soaps, etc.
I give things like that to my friends all the time and I have one friend who has now actually come to expect a bottle of her favorite lotion every Xmas. :)

Absolutely nothing. They refused to provide Kathy with a clip from the show. She had drawings of the show, though, that basically showed Star Jones moving all the way to the end of the couch so as not to "catch Kathy."

question for all you hobby loving gals
I'm making all my x-mas gifts this year, and I bought some plastic bottles and to decorate them I would like to make them look "frosted" because I just think it looks better. I have looked high and low on how to do this, i'm making scented lotion and I could not find anything on the net. Would you guys know how to do this? Hope I get some answers, thanks!

On my way to a Bible study. When I arrived, the other gals there had no idea what had happened. sm
I couldn't even find the words to explain - it was a little after 9. I was listening to, like the poster below, Bob and Sheri (on my way to Bible study - go figure) and Bob and Sheri were in a mood I had never, ever heard before. Very solmen. Describing word for what what they SAW. I didn't even know they were in NYC.
Anyways, I had to pull over as I started bawling. My younger son had taken an accompanied minor flight just a few days prior to that out of Dulles, so this hit quite close to home.
Anyways, we heard while in our Bible study (we decided to meet and pray for our country) about the other flights, but not flt. 93. We heard about that when our local newspaper (a giant) had people walking around McDonalds handing out FREE newspapers around 12 o'clock with pics and everything. The last time that newspaper did that was probably after JFK got shot. We were all scrambling for a paper which I still own to this day.
I remember my 9 year old son reading it in his room (I left it out like a dummie) and he cried like a baby for all those people on those flights who died. The WTC accident got to him the hardest. He still talks about it to this day. Tragic.
I don't know about you, but I do fear another attack like this again. It's hard not to.
You gals seriously make this kind of money? I am losing my job at the hospital
and thought I would never find a job that will pay that kind of money and its 14.50. I thought that was good!!!!! So you are telling me if I worked my tail off being an IC I could make more?? Break it down for me? How many hours a pay period, how many lines, how many cents per line?
I was actually regretting losing this job, but may be it is an opportunity.
I do love those younger gals though, the always pudgy ones in hip riders and too too tight tops.
so attractive with the roll hanging out.
