Yes it was India and she said her name was Indira.  I had to speak to her very slowly and clearly because she could not understand some of what I was saying.  I will never buy from Dell again and once this is paid off, I will cancel my account with them.  Very, very poor support,  Unable to get anybody on line.  The accents are so strong, when you are able to get through, they are hard  to understand, even with my 20+ years of ESL transcription. 


When are these companies going to realize they will lose customers with bad service.  Going overseas may be cheaper but could cost in the long run.  If I can't even get an order right for a computer, makes me wonder what these reports must look like.
