Thanks everybody! 

I talked to our realtor, and she said we will be able to get our earnest money back. 

Our realtor called the seller's realtor, and he's basically dodging her.  He said he hasn't gotten to talk with the sellers about it yet, so we still don't know what caused the damage.

I don't think it's a good idea to go through with this.  Who knows what else they didn't disclose?  I guess it's not good to fall in love with a house until you actually close on it.  I guess we're back to looking!
