I just did some researching and it may be an extra expense to have express shipping(next day) but I'm looking into it just in case. If a doctor's office calls and wants to use tapes I can say: I can transcribe tapes, but we have to do it this way. I would then either work the cost in the per line amount or charge them a flat fee each month. I realize most will not do this, but I just want to have as many bases covered as I can. The few doctors I worked for before wanted a local MT so bad they may have done it this way - I just didn't have the brains to think of it back then. Thanks for the advice!
