I am just stuck with this because of company need. Not a position I asked to be in. If I were "mentoring" that would be a different story but I am not. Same old, repetitive errors, new report, new day, lol. It just isn't a fit for me and I hate it not to mention the low income that goes along with it. Sometimes I think I could type them faster than I edit them and triple my income or I could fly through and only look for blanks, but that isn't me. I can't send a report in like that knowing it is full of errors. Thanks everyone for the input. Now to get the nerve up to discuss the issue and changes we can make if any to bail me out of this situation.
