I know I posted this late, so I hope you get to see it. It's a shame that it's hard to get many to respond here. Thanks so much for your help! The IT person from my new job said he's tried like 50 times to convert IT to SH, but failed. Believe it or not, that may be a deal breaker for me. We are talking about years and years of building literally thousands of expanders!! That (to me) is huge! Expanders = $$ when paid on production!
