I already knew I would do them for free. But I have saved this doctor's behind a couple of times when the tape broke and there was a problem with another one that took me 2 hours to do 19 minutes of dictation so hopefully he will remember that. I was just going to raise my rates also but think that I will hold off on that for a month or so due to this. If it was just one day, but both tapes were sitting there and I had put them in the done bin and there they went through the eraser with the others that were done. So will go in and talk with them on Monday and see what they say. His partner I would have jumped in the river (I live on a floating home easy to do) as he is very stiff. But in four and half years they have been very good to me pay wise and treatment so hopefully it will continue. I have been trying to get them to go to digital and this might just convinence them. At least a good argument. Thanks again and there is no way I would just shrug this off, not me. I always say when I make a mistake I admit it and go on from there. Will let you know on Monday whether I am one of those out on the freeway holding a sign asking for change and cans/bottles to recycle. Patti
