for your reply and suggestions.  I have my templates set up, and as you said especially the physical examination; however, it seems that lately I am doing a lot of editing.  I was just wondering if the time I am spending backing over things and adding is slowing me down, and if it would be faster just to have these phrases, in all the different ways the doc may say them, entered in Instant Text and pop them in.  For example, my docs may say:  LUNGS:  Clear.  or it may be Clear bilaterally.  Clear to auscultation.  Clear to ascultation bilaterally.  I am always backing over and adding.
