Thank you for your nice reply.  I very much enjoyed reading it. 

You said that cuts are coming from Medicare and Medicaid, but from what I see, this isn't and hasn't affected the doctors' pocketbooks.  They still drive the fancy cars, mamma goes shopping at the finest department stores, the one-month annual vacation to Europe still occurs, the kids go to Ivy League Schools and private K-12 schools, and they don't live in homes but mansions.

I'm not a mean or pessimestic person, but from all of my experiences, they and their staff are incredibly cranky, rude, and far from professional.  I often times get so tired of dealing with them and their attutides.  You know what I mean?
